These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your participation in Nuad Thai Championship Australia 2026 – The 1st (the “Event”). By submitting a registration, you agree to these Terms.
1) Event Information
The Event details shown on this website may be updated, including venue, schedule, workshop topics, and award information.
Where information is marked “TBA” (to be announced), it is not yet confirmed.
2) Registration
Registration is submitted online. After you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email with a reference ID.
You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details (email/phone) are accurate.
The organizer may contact you for additional information if required.
3) Payment (Manual)
Payment is manual. No e-payment is processed on this website.
Payment instructions will be provided by email after registration.
Your registration may remain in a “Pending Payment” status until payment is confirmed by the organizer.
4) Fees & Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD$ unless stated otherwise.
Competition entries are priced per category. Workshop, official shirt, dinner, and sponsorship have separate fees.
The organizer may correct pricing errors and will notify registrants if adjustments are required.
5) Dinner & Official Shirt Rule
If you select the Buffet Night, the official shirt is required. You must choose a shirt size for dinner attendance.
Official shirts may be purchased separately without dinner.
6) Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds (if any) and cancellation policies will be communicated by the organizer. Where applicable, processing fees or deadlines may apply.
The organizer may modify or cancel parts of the Event due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. If major changes occur, registrants will be notified.
7) Participant Responsibilities
Participants should have suitable training/experience for Nuad Thai or related practices.
You must comply with event rules, hygiene standards, safety instructions, and staff guidance.
Respectful conduct is required. The organizer may refuse participation for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
8) Health, Safety & Liability
Participation involves physical activity and may carry risk. You agree to take reasonable care and follow safety protocols.
Stop immediately if a recipient experiences pain or discomfort and notify staff.
To the extent permitted by law, the organizer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation or attendance.
9) Media, Photos & Publicity
The Event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you may appear in promotional materials.
If you have concerns, please contact the organizer in advance and staff will advise available options.
10) Intellectual Property
Event branding, logos, and website content belong to the organizer or their licensors.
You may not reproduce or use branding assets without permission.
11) Privacy
Personal information submitted through registration is used to manage event participation, communications, and payment confirmation.
We aim to store information securely and only share it with staff or service providers involved in event operations.
